The Recruitment Pillar is focused on ensuring Katz is interviewing, hiring and retaining diverse talent. Together with Katz recruiters, Management and Human Resources, the Recruitment Pillar is tasked with creating relationships, uncovering opportunities and implementing programs all with the goal of ensuring Katz Media is a diverse workplace.
The Stronger Together Education Pillar is responsible for developing DEI education tools for the council and staff. Through curating and distributing content, facilitating trainings, hosting events and leading conversations, the Education Pillar creates opportunities for engagement with Stronger Together’s mission.
No DEI initiative is successful without accountability. The Accountability Pillar’s focus is on working with Senior Management to ensure Katz’ diversity, equity and inclusion vision and goals are met.
